Executive Security Operations Manager

This role presents a unique opportunity to become a key figure in the management of our security operations. As a supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out regular checks on security personnel and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Respond to complaints and escalate when required
- Use rostering software to allocate staff at short notice
- Review incident reports compiled by staff and take appropriate action
- Conduct site inductions in accordance with client requirements
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations
- Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports
- Familiarize yourself with all client standard operating procedures
- Perform regular security duties across various sites
- A current QLD security license
- A current QLD driver's license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of industrial relations systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good work ethics
- Experience in rostering staff
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Capable of undertaking physical patrols and guarding duties across all sites (e.g., prolonged standing, foot patrol, and driving long distances)
In addition to an annual salary, you will receive a company vehicle and the opportunity to work additional overtime shifts.
