Job Summary

  • Lead a branch of 25 team members through the next phase of growth and development
  • Deliver commercial outcomes and sales targets through employee empowerment and engagement
  • Work closely with Team Leads to empower and grow their leadership skills and abilities
  • Facilitate collaboration amongst multi-disciplinary teams to achieve business objectives
