About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Travel Specialist to join our team in North Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide. As a key member of our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, and maintaining accurate records;
  • Providing expert advice on corporate travel product knowledge to deliver the best outcome for our clients and our company;
  • Assisting in budgeting and executing professional business travel arrangements for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations;
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and stakeholders;
  • Working as part of a team to complete all project functions related to servicing clients;
  • Demonstrating adaptability to changing work environments and stakeholder requirements;

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in group travel/MICE; essential
  • Expertise in fares and complex itineraries; required
  • Major airline group booking platforms experience; preferred
  • Event Management Technology (Events Air/Cvent) experience; preferred
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills; required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; required
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles; required
  • GDS: SABRE - essential
  • Microsoft Office skills - specifically Excel - essential
