Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stock integrity records and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities
  • Commit to a safety-first culture, upholding OH&S standards for staff and customers
  • Use Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all stock movement
  • Provide excellent customer service and support with pickups
  • Maintain store floor and stockroom standards
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of retail storeroom experience
  • Customer service orientation and work experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, squat, bend, and lift up to 15kg
