Childcare Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring educator to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping young children learn, grow, and explore the world around them.

Our childcare center provides high-quality early childhood education and care programs for children from 6 weeks to 14 years of age. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters learning, growth, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to develop and implement daily lesson plans that promote learning and engagement.
  • Ensure the care and supervision of children at all times, maintaining a safe and emotionally supportive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and experience in a childcare setting are required.
  • Strong knowledge of lesson planning and implementation, incorporating all domains of the Ohio Early Learning Content Standards using Creative Curriculum is preferred.
