Beauty Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic beauty professional to fill a key position in our airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding sales targets through inspirational and personalized interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry, focusing on delivering outstanding 5-star experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve retail sales targets, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product knowledge.
  • Assist with administrative and online duties as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage.
  • Proof of right to live and work in Australia is mandatory.
