Visual Merchandiser Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the field of visual merchandising.

You will be responsible for designing and executing creative visual merchandising strategies, monitoring and evaluating displays, and providing recommendations to store teams.

The role involves working closely with the state visual merchandiser and collaborating with visual merchandisers to achieve business goals.

As part of this role, you will also have opportunities to travel to different locations, including regional areas, to assist with visual display setup and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist stores with setting up and maintaining furniture and bedding departments
  • Work collaboratively with store franchises to implement visual merchandising standards
  • Align displays with seasonal direction set by the national visual merchandising manager
  • Manual handling and lifting of furniture and bedding stock to ensure displays are set up and maintained
  • Assist stores with setting up current promotions and catalogues
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an eye for detail, a passion for interiors and homewares, and a natural flair for creativity.

Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.
