About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team at our Bonds Sydenham Outlet store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.

Requirements

  • A passion for retail and customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Prior fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
