About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join our Corporate Support Group. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer prices in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
This position is based at our head office in Parramatta, with a flexible working arrangement that allows for a healthy work-life balance. You will report directly to the National Manager – Fleet Solutions and be responsible for:
- Assisting with data maintenance across the ERP system by entering new or updated information as requested.
- Maintaining contract pricing in line with policy levels and updating parts pricing and margins.
- Supporting the preparation of various reports and system maintenance on a weekly and monthly basis, as required.
- Maintaining documentation of processes and procedures.
- Assisting in seeking process improvements and analytics for error detection and process control, ensuring accurate pricing and margins.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reasonable level of ability to manipulate and interpret data, with the ability to initiate changes.
- A few years of work experience in a similar role in a medium to large organization.
- Experience with large ERP systems is advantageous.
