Canola Seed Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the lifecycle of Canola seed production. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing trials for our seed, including data collection and communication with colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in agriculture, with strong organisational and forward-thinking skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
You will work closely with teams to ensure goals are met, manage temporary contractors, and be field-based and hands-on to ensure operations and activities are on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrate collaboration with diverse people
- Effectively communicate at a high level and write detailed analysis
- Show natural leadership ensuring people follow guidelines and plans effectively
- Experience in planning and/or project management is beneficial
- Join a supportive and experienced team with a dedicated buddy system
- Extended leave: take time off during quiet periods
- Opportunity to do a 6-month work experience program (paid by us)
