Nutrition Specialist Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team, providing expert nutrition services to patients with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a recognised degree or higher qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics and be eligible to be a member of the Dietitians Association and Accredited Practicing Dietitian program.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans for outpatients in Radiotherapy and clients at Primary Mental Health.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and provide evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
