Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Leadership:

  • Strategic Development:
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive PR strategies tailored to the unique needs of the finance sector, including media relations, thought leadership, content creation, and reputation management.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Oversee and mentor a team of account managers and PR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of PR campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and achieve measurable results.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and lead new business pitches within the finance sector.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders in the finance industry to maximize client visibility and reputation.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in a PR agency, preferably with a focus on B2 B and finance clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the finance sector and an understanding of the unique PR challenges and opportunities within this industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute impactful PR strategies.
  • A network of media and industry contacts within the finance sector is highly desirable.
