Job Overview

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, monitoring operations and reporting incidents.

  • Greeting customers and ensuring staff and customer safety
  • Monitoring operations and responding accordingly
  • Providing senior management with information on potential and actual threats

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A current QLD Unarmed Security Licence with Crowd Control function
  • A First Aid Certificate
  • A Police Check (less than 60 days old)
  • Previous experience in Retail Security or concierge (required)
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
  • To be physically fit and able to perform duties required
  • A confident and welcoming attitude with high observation skills
