We are a fitness services provider offering a wide range of facilities and services to meet the needs of our members.
Our gym is a welcoming environment for fitness enthusiasts to train at any time of day, providing first-rate exercise equipment brands and high-protein meal packs.
The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a casual basis as Fitness Services Representatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service and support to members and guests.
- Maintaining a professional presentation in the gym and handling general reception duties.
- Assisting with stock take and administrative tasks as required.
- Sales and cross-selling memberships and retail products.
- Understanding membership requirements and providing excellent customer service.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the gym, including walking the gym floor and ensuring both areas are clean.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Exceptional customer service skills and high attention-to-detail.
Eligibility requirements include:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills.
- Current Level 2 First Aid and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
