The role of a Vehicle Detailer involves ensuring that the vehicles are in excellent condition for our customers. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. About the Role:
In this outdoor role, you will be responsible for detailing our vehicles to ensure they are in the best possible condition for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the interior and exterior of our vehicles by cleaning, washing, and vacuuming.
- Refuel gas tanks, check fluid levels and tire conditions along with pressure and tread depth.
- Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG's vehicle damage procedure.
What We're Looking For:
- A full and valid Australian driver's licence.
- Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
- Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
