We love helping customers celebrate life's special moments, and we're looking for energetic team players to join our sales team as fixed-term Christmas Casual Assistants.
Our ideal candidates will be keen to work productively, both on their own and as part of a team, and provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our clients.
- Results-oriented professionals who can sell effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Team players who are willing to work across various store shifts, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
- Individuals with good attention to detail who can assist with stock merchandising and display refreshments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering professional and personalized service to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on customers' wants and desires.
- Completing in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assisting with operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
