Key Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced, versatile, results-driven Hybrid Product Manager & Project Manager & Business Change Manager to drive business outcomes.

  • Partner with business leaders across Sales, Client delivery, Client product, Technology and Finance to translate business vision into a clear scope and prioritised roadmap
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple, concurrent projects from ideation, requirements gathering, and scoping through to development, UAT, business implementation, and post-launch analysis
  • Analyse existing business workflows to identify bottlenecks and key opportunities for improvement, with a focus on implementing workflow management systems, RPA, and AI solutions
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams, working well with both business and technology stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, status dashboards, ensuring no late surprises and keeping all parties informed of progress, challenges, and decisions
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Lead structured business change management activities, including impact analysis, communications, and training, to ensure the successful embedding and adoption of new initiatives and maximise their long-term value

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic leader who is adaptable and knows how to select the right framework of controls, processes, and systems to achieve outstanding business outcomes. Direct experience with designing, implementing, or managing Workflow Management platforms, practical knowledge or project experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or the application of AI/Machine Learning to solve business problems, and proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies are highly valued.
