Risk Management Leader for Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team in Perth, focusing on managing and coordinating risk management functions for complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery within allocated budgets and timeframes.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, analyzing potential threats and opportunities, and providing informed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers, monitoring project risk profiles and implementing mitigating actions as required.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, developing and implementing corrective actions to minimize exposure.
- Provide expert advice to project managers and stakeholders on risk management best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- 8+ years of experience in risk management or a related field, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation, with knowledge of industry-specific risk management frameworks and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A high level of attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
