Job Title: Geology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Geology Technician to join our team at Dugald River Mine, one of the world's top 10 Zinc mine operations. As a Geology Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the geology team and contributing to the successful completion of surface and underground drilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide logistic and administrative support to the geology team
  • Contribute to the accurate processing of drill core
  • Perform correct drill core mark up, orientation, RQD, cutting, and sampling procedures
  • Assist geologists with various tasks
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and high levels of motivation
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Current manual driver's license
  • Minimum 1 year mining or exploration experience
  • Previous underground experience advantageous
