We are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Code and Building Compliance team across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will have a post-graduate qualification in Building Surveying or a related field, along with relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess building designs against the National Construction Code/Building Code of Australia provisions
- Liaise with clients to prepare compliance reports
- Collaborate with clients to upgrade fire safety measures
- Enjoy site visits to view project progression and completion
- Prepare performance solution design verification reports
Requirements and Qualifications
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Post-graduate qualification in Building Surveying or related field, along with relevant industry experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detailed knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and Regulations
- Familiarity with Work Health and Safety requirements
