High Reach Forklift Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at our Hazelmere Distribution Centre. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a high reach forklift to pick and pack stock, as well as unloading and loading inbound and outbound stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a high reach forklift to pick and pack stock
  • Unload and load inbound and outbound stock
  • Stack pallets efficiently
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy
  • Identify and escalate food safety and quality issues, hazards, and risks

Requirements:

  • Current LF/LO license with at least 12 months of experience
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical fitness to repetitively lift up to 20kg
  • Ability to work in a chiller environment
