Role Objectives:

As an Educational Consultant, you will guide clients through Australia's education and migration frameworks, aligning academic choices with visa eligibility and long-term residency goals. The role requires balancing institutional partnership management, client advisement, and compliance with the ESOS Act.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and assist students in making informed decisions about their educational pathways.
  • Provide expert guidance on course/provider selection, considering factors like academic requirements, location, and career outcomes.
  • Manage the entire admissions process, from application submission to acceptance.
  • Assist with visa application processes, working alongside MARA-registered migration agents.
  • Prepare and review documentation for student visa applications, including financial statements and GS requirements.
  • Liaise with partner institutions, negotiating offers and addressing additional requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ESOS Act and National Code of Practice regulations for Registered Migration Agents.
  • Manage detailed client records and contribute to company reporting and analytics in the CRM system.
  • Participate in marketing activities and contribute to the development of new services and strategies based on market trends and student feedback.
