About the Position

We are seeking a Leadership Professional to assist in guiding educational programs and initiatives at a school or college. This role will involve working closely with students, teachers and other stakeholders to achieve academic excellence and support student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Principal in leading educational programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to promote student achievement and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
  • A registered teacher with full registration within the meaning of the Teachers Registration Act 2000.
  • Qualifications as established by the Tasmanian Industrial Commission in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award, 2005.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005.
