Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

The role requires an experienced and qualified educator to work as a key member of our team in providing high-quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are passionate about early childhood education and can help us deliver an outstanding educational program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with children at the service
  • Develop the Children's Program, reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines
  • Maintain a safe environment for staff and children
  • Implement our philosophy in undertaking all other duties
  • Liaise with families regarding day-to-day happenings
  • Maintain observations and records of individual children's progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of family communications
  • Passion for working with children
