A Key Role in Masonry ProductionThis role requires a highly skilled and versatile individual to operate production line machinery, learn all areas of production on site, and contribute to improved production techniques and system efficiencies.The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and process orientation, as well as the ability to multitask and perform various production roles.They will also be committed to ensuring safety, health, and environment standards are maintained.In addition, they will need to communicate effectively between shifts and teams, conduct routine quality inspections, maintain high standards, and perform manual physical work including product handling.Maintaining housekeeping and cleaning standards is also an essential part of this role, along with operating forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently.We are looking for someone with leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, who has previous experience in masonry manufacturing, preferably with a proactive and positive attitude.Forklift High Risk Licence (Loader license advantageous) would be beneficial but not necessary.Essential Skills and Qualifications:
