About the Role

We are seeking a skilled embroidery technician to work approximately 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and learning about various machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock management and control
  • Maintenance of embroidery, heat press, and printing equipment
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborating with colleagues as part of a small team
Requirements:
  • Availability to start immediately or within two weeks of job offer
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills and computer proficiency
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • At least one year of experience in embroidery or printing
