Senior User Experience Architect

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead and execute user experience design initiatives across multiple projects and platforms, delivering intuitive, engaging, and user-centred designs that meet business objectives.
- Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring user-centric solutions are delivered for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and business goals.
- Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth.
Key responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a senior role
- Strong portfolio showcasing range of UX design projects, particularly within financial services sector
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma, or similar
- Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
