**Barista and Café Professional Opportunity**

We are seeking experienced baristas, café counterhands, and cooks to join our dynamic team at the Ascot Racing Carnival. This is a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our food and beverage outlets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to meet the demands of a busy racing event.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to patrons' needs and ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Operate cash handling systems and process transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a reputable café or food outlet, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A high standard of personal presentation, including grooming and attire that reflects the standards of our organization.
  • Safety Training and Certification as a Food Handler.
