About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Inventory Manager to join our Critical Care team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement analytical models to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement changes
  • Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute logistics projects and initiatives
  • Perform analyses to drive supply chain strategies and utilize global logistics knowledge
  • Accountable for logistical and warehouse costs as well as yearly strategy and AOP planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 8 years of previous related experience in supply chain
  • CTLD, APICS Certified
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics and budgeting processes
  • Extensive understanding of planning concepts and requirements
  • Ability to transfer essential knowledge and mentor other team members
  • Strict attention to detail
