Full-Time Retail Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled retail sales professional to join our team on a FULL-TIME basis.

This role requires full-time availability - 38 hours per week on either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs.

  • Meet or exceed store sales targets by utilizing store resources efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an engaging shopping experience
  • Process merchandise deliveries promptly to maintain product availability
  • Represent the brand's values in a professional manner
Key Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong background in retail sales or customer service with proven success
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for achievement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work across weekdays and weekends

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a similar retail environment
  • Knowledge of sports industry trends and products
