About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Zonda People. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to the Residential Aged Care Team.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify residents' care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote residents' independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care and progress.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 12 months experience post-registration qualification.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
