Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Locum Consultant Psychiatrist in Cairns, Queensland.
The successful candidate will possess registration as a Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner's Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and assessment completed by The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP).
They will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in a mobile intensive rehabilitation team setting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
They will also have knowledge of industry innovative credentialing technology and experience working with paraprofessional teams.
As a Locum Consultant Psychiatrist, they will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner's Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Assessment completed by The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP).
