Senior ECC Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nursing professional to lead our team as a Senior ECC Nurse.
About the Role- Lead a team of nurses in a senior capacity with a focus on driving exceptional patient care and workflow management.
- Advocate for the ECC nursing team and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team development, productivity, and engagement.
- Team leadership and development: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Liaising with intra and inter-departmental team members: Foster strong relationships with colleagues across the organization to promote effective communication, collaboration, and resource sharing.
- Upholding high standards of ECC/ICU care: Ensure that all aspects of patient care meet or exceed established standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Representing the ECC nursing team in collaborative engagements: Participate in cross-functional teams, committees, and working groups to contribute expertise and insights to drive organizational success.
- Cert IV or above: Possess a recognized qualification in nursing or a related field at certificate IV level or higher.
- Proven history of leading a team of nurses: Demonstrate experience in leading nursing teams, preferably in an emergency or critical care setting.
- Competence with Microsoft Office programs: Be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Commitment to being a team player and contributing to a positive workplace environment: Embody a collaborative mindset, prioritize open communication, and foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
