We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department at our Wodonga Campus. As a Senior Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our team to deliver high-quality patient care.

This permanent part-time position offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around $95,000 per year, plus superannuation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of emergency services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years' experience post Specialty Certificate completion in Emergency Nursing
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to positively influence culture
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
