Girls School Sport Team Manager

The role of Sports Coordinator at a prestigious girls' school on Sydney's North Shore involves assisting the Director of Sport and Campus Supervision with the administration and delivery of sports programs. This includes organisation, promotion, and implementation of personnel management, administration, and competition management.
This position requires strong planning and implementation skills, including budget management and staff supervision. The successful applicant will work closely with other Physical Education/Sport staff and liaise with students and parents regarding sports programs. They will also assist with coordination of House sport carnivals and day-to-day administrative tasks.
To secure this role, you must have relevant tertiary qualifications in sports management or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training. Experience working in sport is essential, as is a current First Aid Certificate and CPR. Demonstrated experience in effective planning and implementation of programs, staff management, and superior interpersonal and communication skills are required.
A Strong administrator with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are necessary for this role.
