The Role

As a Bus Driver with Ventura Bus Lines, you will play a critical role in keeping our community moving and connected. You will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to our passengers, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to passenger queries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and depot staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of safety and respect
Requirements
  • A current Victorian MR or HR Licence
  • Heavy vehicle driving experience
  • Customer-focused individuals with a desire to provide assistance when required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A safe driving record
  • A high regard for safety, road rules, and regulations
  • The ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances, including a Driver's Accreditation (DC) and a Working With Children Card (WWCC)
