• A WA 'C Class' Driver's Licence, or be actively working towards obtaining one.
• Completion of Year 12 (or Year 10 in some cases) and a desire to pursue a trade.
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• A solid awareness of safety and a commitment to working safely.
• Motivation, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in hands-on work.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including manual labour, precision work in workshops or field environments, and handling of dangerous goods.
