This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Risk Management Specialist, working closely with our clients to identify and mitigate potential risks. You'll be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of insolvency-based clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their protection and success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and describe insurable risks to clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Design and implement insurance strategies, negotiating with underwriters and third-party brokers to secure the best outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Manage debtors and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid-to-large accounts
- Strong account management skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
