Learning and Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team.

This role offers the chance to shape and deliver high-quality curriculums that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 6 weeks to five years.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of contemporary educational practices, with experience in working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within childcare.

They will be passionate about fostering a supportive learning environment, where children can thrive and grow.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of each child.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure high-quality care and education.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Participate in critical reflection and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor in ECEC.
  • Experience: Have experience in working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within childcare.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Be willing to support and guide the team.
  • Validations: A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain, Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain, Available to open and close when required.
