We're seeking a Regional Manager for the South West region, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. This role provides strategic support and oversees operations at three aged care facilities in Bunbury, Eaton, and Dalyellup.

As a Regional Manager, you'll work closely with Facility Managers, acting as a liaison between individual facilities and Bethanie Shared Services. You'll communicate key initiatives and performance expectations, requiring regular travel between sites in the South West and Perth.

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis with flexible/hybrid working arrangements supported. You'll have access to professional development and training opportunities, a comprehensive mental health and wellbeing program, and free flu vaccinations each year.

About You

You have proven experience in operational management within the aged care sector, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and lead change effectively. Key qualifications include:

  • Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) standards knowledge and compliance
  • Effective communication skills, including negotiation, consultation, and stakeholder facilitation
  • Financial acumen and experience driving commercially astute business units
  • Recognized tertiary qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in business
  • Willingsness to uphold Bethanie's Mission, Vision, and Values

The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic management and leadership of multiple aged care facilities
  • Ensuring compliance and regulatory management, quality improvement, and risk management
  • Maintaining relationships and lines of communication with stakeholders
  • Providing operational oversight across resident care, staffing levels, regulatory compliance, financial management, and quality outcomes
  • Fostering a positive organisational culture through effective leadership and support
