Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Software Engineering Leader to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and deployment of intelligent systems that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of agentic AI solutions to automate complex tasks and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring capabilities into solutions and ensure performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement automation tools and workflows using Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Artifactory, Octopus, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
  • Contribute to full-stack development with expertise in front-end frameworks like React and Angular, and back-end development with TypeScript.
  • Manage and optimize databases, both SQL and NoSQL, from both an admin and user perspective.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI and Automation, with some exposure to Agentic AI concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
  • Strong full-stack development skills, including front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (TypeScript) expertise.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools to maintain system performance and reliability.
  • Experience in integrating and managing cloud environments within a complex enterprise infrastructure.
