Davidson Technology is seeking a highly skilled User Access and Request Management Specialist to join their team. This role will involve working with a Victorian government entity to manage user access and requests.
The successful candidate will be based in Geelong and will have a hybrid working setup, with three days a week in the office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Request Management and User Access Control, including scalability of catalogue items to support complex onboarding within a large organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing knowledge management processes and behaviors.
- Developing standards and procedures to support content publishing across one or more platforms/channels.
- Providing guidance on the application and operation of elementary, procedural, and technical security controls.
- Managing a complex plan of work and prioritizing tasks, negotiating with stakeholders.
- Providing definitive and expert advice in their specialist area.
- Developing, maintaining, and maturing knowledge and requests policies and procedures.
