About the Role:

In this position, you will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets for children's books in various educational channels.

  • You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in education, libraries, and trade sectors to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for increased sales.
  • You will manage an existing portfolio of accounts, including clubs, fairs, library suppliers, educational suppliers, specialist children's bookshops, and head office contacts.
  • You will identify new market opportunities by attending industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver results under pressure, skilled in negotiation, and able to think critically.
