Position Details
  • This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 48 hours of work per week.
  • The salary is competitive, with opportunities for additional earnings through service charge and tips.
Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will lead the kitchen team, ensuring seamless operation and maintaining high standards.
  • They will also be responsible for training new kitchen staff and adhering to rigorous food safety and health protocols.
  • Collaborating closely with the Executive Head Chef, they will create innovative menus that showcase the best of local ingredients.
Qualifications
  • A highly skilled and dedicated chef with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment, is highly advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a calm and mature demeanor, and a strong team player attitude.
