Team Leader

The Team Leader plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to residents, supporting the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate care across the facility.

This position ensures individual needs, wishes, and goals of each resident are met in a respectful and dignified environment, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.

  • A relevant qualification, such as a Certificate IV in a related field, is highly desirable.
  • Commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness are essential qualities for this role.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to listen attentively are critical in building strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in information technology and programs, along with a willingness to learn new skills, is necessary for success in this position.
  • Working knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) and infection control procedures is also required.
  • A genuine desire to contribute to a team committed to caring for others in a mission-based organization is an added benefit.
