Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced support professional to provide high-level assistance to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Main Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between senior leaders and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government officials, and media representatives.
- Manage complex calendars, correspondence, and administrative tasks for senior leaders.
- Support governance initiatives and ensure timely distribution of relevant documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
- A certificate or diploma in business administration, office administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Demonstrated experience in providing executive support in a fast-paced organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- A valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
- A satisfactory national police check (renewed as required).
- A working with children check.
