About the Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic Technology team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software that powers our innovative PropTech products and platform.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, tackle exciting challenges, and make a real impact. You will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications, write clean code, debug issues, support testing efforts, participate in code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, create documentation, and communicate progress.

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who is proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript, with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOP. Experience with development tools, databases, Agile methodologies, APIs, and cloud computing is a plus. Most importantly, you should have an eagerness to learn and adapt to our innovative, fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Have completed or be completing a degree in Computer Science, Software/Data/Security/Platform/Cloud Engineering or related STEM field on or before February 1st, 2025 (including graduates from 2022 onwards)
  • Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen, permanent resident
  • Have strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous learning abilities
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Have a passion for technology and driving innovation
  • Be able to attend key assessment days in September and October 2024
  • Be available to commence the graduate role in early February 2025
