As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with quality, time, production, safety and environmental objectives of the project. You will work as part of a tight-knit team and play a key role in delivering core project functions, including purchasing materials, supporting financial functions and submitting progress claims.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning about drawings, specifications, and workplace health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) requirements for all site-related activities
  • Working as part of a team to ensure core project functions are being delivered
  • Maintaining a daily diary outlining details of site meetings, discussions, works performed, and inspections
  • Actively participating in training initiatives and skill development programs

We welcome graduates with diverse backgrounds and experience. To be successful, you will be a team player, have strong decision-making, communication and creative thinking skills, and the drive to experience real hands-on work in the field.


To qualify for this position, you must have completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or graduating in 2025 or mid-2026).
