The Role

We seek a highly organized and self-motivated professional to manage access control and monitoring for company property.

This role involves performing general administrative tasks, managing project drives, files, and calendars, as well as assisting with report preparation, team communications, and monitoring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating purchase requisitions, verifying identification to maintain export control compliance, and developing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks and manage project drives, files, and calendars.
  • Assist with report preparation, team communications, and monitoring.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions and assist with facilities management related activities.
  • Verify identification to maintain export control compliance.
  • Develop policies and procedures for access control and monitoring.
  • Maintain high levels of attention to detail when dealing with repetitive datasets to verify correct and true information across multiple programs and platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant office or project administrator experience.
  • Customer service experience or experience in a customer-based position.
  • Understanding of a defense or secure environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work on-call and travel periodically as required.
  • Australian citizenship is required to meet Defense security requirements.

This role requires the successful applicant to obtain an Australian Government Negative Vetting level 1 Security Clearance.
