The role of a Pharmacy Dispenser Trainee is to provide exceptional customer service and support in our pharmacy department.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities, enabling you to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
As a key member of our team, you will participate in all branch processes, establish relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, and assist in delivering all pharmacy services where appropriate.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the delivery of all pharmacy services, establishing relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, participating in all branch processes, and developing skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Desirable skills include customer service training and experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
Requirements for this role include being self-motivated, proactive, having excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize workload, and meeting deadlines. A good understanding of confidentiality and accurate handling of medicines are also essential.
